Visual Communication Branding Audit & Consultation(s)
I will visit your business, and meet your team members. I will spend time on-site, and we will look at & identify your current marketing strategy, and Brand identity. I will truly become part of your team! I will audit your business in the 6 key areas of visual communications and work with you to produce a plan of action for addressing each one. The aim will be for me to REALLY understand how you’d like the world to view your brand.

Strategic Analysis & Audit of the current channel(s)
We will look at & identify your existing & key channels, identify successes/failures on the channel(s) and identify what you like/don’t like about your current strategy. We’ll work out who inspires you, who your key competitors/inspirations are for the channel(s) and what your dreams are for your business and channel(s).

Outcome(s):

We’ll Develop Branding Guidelines for Content & A Production Process
We will develop a document we can refer to and amend as the months roll on. We’ll agree on styles, and fonts, and work to produce templates we agree on. We’ll also identify our own unique relationship/process for the production of content that we can both work within. As each business plan and business owner is unique, so is the process we work to.

We’ll Combine Calendars & Get a Plan in Place
Drawing on information from the audits, we will develop a quarterly schedule of content we can refer to and amend as the months roll on. We’ll agree on as many known date(s) as we can and work out what we think would be good content to produce. We’ll agree on content types and ratios & leave enough room open to jump on trends & capture unexpected events.

What’s we can include in Ongoing Monthly Content;

IG/TikTok/YT Reels & Shorts
Brief/concept creation, planning, execution & editing of short-form (9-30 seconds) content. I can also edit existing iPhone/Android footage if you wanted to add text/trending music.

Long-form Content Editing
I can edit your long-form content. Do you need talking head videos, explainer videos and YouTube channel content edited? Maybe you just need text overlays and sound effects on a Podcast? Or a Live recording editing to repurpose on another channel. I can edit your videos and utilise my female voice-over if needed. I can do an English accent or a Universal accent (my own). I will also help you with a guide to capturing content to ensure we have the best content to edit and you get the best final cut possible.

Ad-hoc Visual Asset(s) Creation
Web/Physical - Banners? Flyers? Leaflets? Text overlays? I can create & source printing for a variety of physical visual assets as well as create & deliver a variety of digital visual assets such as LinkedIn/FB/Website Banners. Let me know what you need, and we’ll make it happen!

Weekly/Bi-Weekly Photo/Video Sessions
I can come to your office, shop, or warehouse to photograph you, your team & your products or simply shoot your products (if they’re small) from my home studio. I’ll spend time on-site shooting and time at home editing, creating and generally getting stuff done. I can also do coverage of your Christmas Party or social events as an interchangeable part of the package.

Brief/concept creation, planning, & execution. If you have existing blogs, I can repurpose those.

‘All’ usage, worldwide licensing
Worldwide on/offline ‘all’ usage annual licensing is granted at renewal cost. Lifetime license options are available.

IG Seamless Carousel(s)
Brief/concept creation, planning, and creation of carousels using 1-10 existing photos or new ones we take together.

Long-term Scheduling & Planning Ahead: 30-day Delivery
Content is typically subject to a 30-day delivery period*. We’d aim to work to a quarterly posting/content schedule. However, express delivery or same-day delivery options can be discussed or added to your order where it makes sense to do so.

Applicable to photography content only:

Full Editing/retouching
This means; basic eye/teeth whitening, blemish removal, skin smoothing, makeup/garment/subject enhancement(s), lighting/exposure, contrast and colour temperature adjustments, background colour changes or removal, and basic ‘distracting object’ removals.

Basic Set design
Brief/concept creation, material sourcing & execution. Culling of images, including all gallery upload/download processes and archival labour.

Please note: Additional photos/videos may be, and often are, included but are discretionary.

Digital, password-protected gallery
You’d receive between 8-20 fully edited, retouched, colour corrected and web-friendly sized, 300 dpi .jpg high-res images can be made available for download watermark free, in a secure digital online gallery each month.

Additional services
Require a professional agency model? No problem. I work with some fantastic agencies. Add a mainboard, England-based, male/female model for social and E-Com licensed imagery for an additional £1250.
For lower budgets, a TFP-Style Model Scouting & Casting Call Service can be arranged.

*Please note - T&Cs apply. All quotations/contracts/briefs/invoices require sign-off prior to shooting. All necessary permissions/location licensing must be obtained and will be invoiced/billed to the client prior to shooting. Large product transport and general product collection/drop-off charges may apply. In some instances, larger studio/studio space may be required. Quotes are tailored, therefore final quotes are based on individual brand requirements.*

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Here we’ll have a chat about what it is you need from me. We’ll discuss where you are in your plans, timelines, expectations, requirements, budgets, external parties and my approach. I will typically ask you a lot of questions to really understand you.
This can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and is typically conducted on the phone or via video call.
Bring yourself, and every bit of planning you have done so far. Bring your Pinterest boards, your inspiration, your vision, and anything that will help me understand you and your day better - it will be very useful.

Step 2: Follow-up email

I will send you a follow-up email confirming what we discussed in our call no later than a week after our initial consultation.
If you have any questions, we can What’s App, email or call to discuss them! Send me a message anytime, and I will reply within 48hrs.
I will likely send you an email with a confirmation of understanding letter, which you can read through to clarify any misunderstandings way ahead of time… I will also include a personalised quote and contract. If you have any questions, ask away, but hopefully, by this point - you are happy to go ahead!

Step 3: First or Total Payment Due

Payment due dates will always appear on the invoice I send you via email. If we’ve agreed on an Instalment plan, this will be visible on your invoice and will show the amounts to pay by which date. The instalment plans are most often than not, charged at 0% interest.
Once payment is received, or the first payment (if on an instalment plan), I will send you a receipt of payment - and save your photoshoot/date. All payments are due in full at least 14 days before the date of the event/photoshoot. I will confirm this with you via email.
You may make payment to me via bank transfer only. I do not accept cryptocurrency, cash or cheques at this time.
